Accommodation that helps to fund previously abused or injured animals and their care by Ikkos Equine Sanctuary and Animal Haven Petting Farm Oudtshoorn Western Cape South Africa AND all the wildlife conservation and self funded behavioral research run by The Meerkat Magic Conservation Project - we offer self catering accommodation (very limited spaces but camping is also available) at The Meerkat Mansion (previously closed to the public and only open to research assistants) and Ikkos Equine Sanctuary and Animal Haven Petting Farm Oudtshoorn Western Cape South Africa.

The Meerkat Magic Conservation Project will give all guests to this wildlife research/ conservation/ education/ film and tourism Project, preference on wildlife tours, if they stay with "clients" = accommodation owners who are "Meerkat Friendly" because they support The Meerkat Magic Conservation Project through their association (due to very limited tour group sizes for morning Sunrise and afternoon Sunset Tours).
Please ONLY book your accommodation once you have confirmed Tour bookings with The Meerkat Magic Conservation Project to avoid disappointment if the Tour days are fully booked. We do get bookings over a year in advance on occassion, so it is highly recommended that you spend a minimum of two to four or more nights in Oudtshoorn, Western Cape, South Africa to ensure a Tour, and experience the many fantastic activities on offer here. If it rains all Tours are automatically cancelled.
